Name

Therapy

Our therapies include massage therapy, sound therapy, energetic therapy, movement therapy and art therapy with more added quarterly. These therapies can be seen as complementary alternative medical activities (CAM), and as such, can and should be used alongside any existing doctor-prescribed regimen.

Nutrition

The use of dietary strategies can be seen as complementary to any therapy and form the basis of our preventative care outreach. Though unique to each client, come in the form of use of natural locally available herbs such as ginger, turmeric, neem, burdock etc.

Education & Training

Knowledge transfer is a fundamental pillar of our Holistic Centre, where all therapies and preventative care outreach are supported by corresponding monthly workshops by in-house practitioners, as well as partnering organisations and professionals who provide in-depth insight into their various modalities towards development of the individual.
